Tues. Aug. 26: "BBQ & Blenders" - Hands-on Class   SOLD OUT

In this hands-on adventure, you will prepare and enjoy a Grilled melon Caprese Salad with a balsamic reduction, Argentinian inspired Wild (& Crazy) Chicken Chimichurri, Grilled Potato & Corn Salad and an incredible finish involving chocolate and Rum-glazed BBQ’d Bananas & more! Spaces are limited.

Join Chef Duff as he makes corny jokes, along with a corny lunch featuring Maple roasted Squash & Corn soup topped with a sweet corn relish alongside Buttermilk Fried Chicken sliders served on a southern Corn biscuit – there’s even popcorn ice cream for dessert!  Dessert & Coffee/Tea included

Join Chef Duff in this Hands-on Adventure as you learn the secrets of perfect pie dough as you make both Apple & Lemon Meringue Pies and get to take one home to impress your family! A light lunch is included!

Today we’re going to get to the bottom of how to brine a Turkey, which we’ll then cook up featuring a plum & peach glaze, root veggie mash and lemony greens – Autumn Dessert & Coffee/Tea included

 

Fri. Sept. 26: "The Eiffel Tower" (French Cook Night)   

In this hands-on adventure, you’ll prepare along with our Chef, Fried Camembert appetizer with grilled apple and raspberry balsamic reduction along with a Classic Coq au Vin Chicken with Potatoes au Gratin and French vegetable. Evening finishes off with a flaming Crepes Suzette dessert! Spaces are limited.
