Wed. Oct. 8: "Lunch & Learn" (Thai Thai Again...)

Join Chef Duff in this Hands-on Adventure as you learn to make homemade soups such as spicey Chicken Mulligatawny and Sweet Autumn Veggie Potage along with the secret to the greatest Scottish both sweet & savoury Scones. And then sit down to enjoy!

Calling All Kids, big or small! Pop in and decorate your own cupcake and take home or eat it here!

Just in time for Halloween!  Available from 11am-5pm

 

Tues. Oct. 28: "Taste of India" (Hands-on Cook Night)   

In this hands-on adventure, you’ll prepare along with our Chef, Veggie samosas with green chutney, Tandoori Chicken, Alloo Gobhi, Veggie Biryani, even make your own Naan bread and a Chai Mocha Cheesecake finish.

Today we’re going to party like it’s 1699 as we prepare a Native feast featuring Wampanoug Turkey Stew with Baked Pumpkin & Apple, along with an olde skool Cranberry Cornbread. Dessert & Coffee/Tea included

 

Sat. Nov. 29: "Holiday Baking Class"  9:30am – 12:30pm

In this hands-on adventure, Chef Duff will walk you through a series of amazing holiday cookies and treats to add to your repertoire and you’ll even get to take a box home to impress your family (or eat in the car) Recipes include: Lemon Spritz cookies, Gingerbread Persons, Maple Sugar tarts, Trail mix Bites, Tiramisu Cookies – Light Lunch available  $80/Adult  (1/2 price for accompanied Kids)
