Chef Bruce Duff is the owner/operator of Chef Duff Culinary Creations out of Kitchener/Waterloo.
He also works as a Culinary Instructor at Conestoga College in Waterloo.
He has been both Executive and Sous Chef at many local establishments including The Huether Hotel, Westmount Golf Club and The Walper Terrace Hotel.
He brings over 25 years experience to the table and his passion for food to a variety of Cooking programs throughout Southern Ontario.
Chef Duff will always strive to try new ideas or put his own twist on the tried and true.
